Katherine was born on October 11, 1923 and passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2012.

Katherine was a resident of Elizabethtown, North Carolina at the time of her passing.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. before the service on Monday, February 20, 2012 at the Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Center Road, Bladenboro, NC. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hickory Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, Center Road, Bladenboro, NC 28320 or Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 206 Warrior Trail Road, Whiteville NC 28428 or your local Alzheimers Association.
