Cecil was born on December 7, 1951 and passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2012.

Cecil was a resident of Bennettsville, South Carolina at the time of his passing.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial following in the Peele Family Cemetery. Rev. Steve Peele will officiate the services. Visitation will be from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, at Richard Boles Funeral Service.

The family request that memorials gifts be made in memory of Mr. Peele to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
