Mr. Santiago was born on June 26, 1959 and passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012.

Mr. Santiago was a resident of Lumberton, North Carolina at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Margaret.

The funeral will be conducted 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Pentecostal Fire-Baptized Holiness Church with the Revs: Andrew Smith and Wayne Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m., Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Locklear & Son Funeral Home.
